Chalmers’ first venture into zero-alcohol wine, made from the same single Heathcote Vermentino vineyard that has anchored their range for two decades. The grape pressings are wild-fermented in stainless steel and the ferment is stopped early to retain natural fruit sweetness, before the wine is gently de-alcoholised. Bright and juicy, with citrus, stone fruit and a mineral, limestone-driven finish.
