Chalmers’ zero-alcohol red, built from hand-picked, whole-berry Nero d’Avola grown on their Heathcote vineyard. The fruit is wild-fermented in stainless steel with no acid additions, undergoes natural malolactic conversion, and is aged 12 months before the alcohol is gently removed by low-temperature vacuum distillation. Crunchy and charry in character, with cherry cola, tangerine, liquorice and raspberry fruit, finishing earthy.
