Pilsner, Carapils, Munich and medium Crystal - all barley grown in New Zealand and malted in New Zealand, bringing a little bit more colour and body to this beer - a lovely amber-gold. The hops in this are NZ heavy-hitters Motueka and Nelson Sauvin, with a little bit of Mosaic as a support. Massive intense citrus, passionfruit. The perfect balance of malt-body sweetness and quite punchy bitterness.
