Ingredients

• 60ml Barnes & Brown Southern Belle (bourbon-inspired AF spirit)
• 90ml Bilpin ginger beer
• 15ml fresh lime juice (or lemon juice)
• Ice

Garnish

• Lime wedge

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add the Barnes & Brown Southern Belle.
3. Top with Bilpin ginger beer and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
4. Stir gently.
