Everything you need to live your best no-alcohol / low-alcohol lifestyle.

Sarah Kelt
  • NZ

Sarah Kelt is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Advanced Rapid Transformational Therapist who has worked with over 1,500 clients, most commonly high-achieving women aged 40 to 60 quietly struggling with a nightly drinking habit they can’t seem to shake. Trained under Marisa Peer, Sarah developed the Subconscious Recovery Method: a two-pillar approach that works at the subconscious level, using RTT to uncover and rewire the root cause of the drinking pattern, and at the conscious level, teaching practical, real-world tools for regulating stress and emotion. Rather than asking clients to declare themselves powerless or adopt a label they don’t identify with, Sarah’s approach removes the need to drink in the first place. She holds a BCom in Marketing and Finance and has been featured in Woman magazine, on The Platform, SENZ Radio and iHeart Radio.
