Ross Pollard is a co-founder and the clinical lead of BreathState and a Corporate Breathwork & Workplace Mental Health Specialist with Breathwork Solutions. Having worked 24 years as an intensive care paramedic with Ambulance Victoria, half of that time working from a helicopter, Ross has experienced the extremes of on-the-job pressure. As such, he trained in breathwork and became an Advanced Instructor with Oxygen Advantage, one of the most scientifically rigorous methods in the field. Ross consults through Breathwork Solutions, in in-house breathwork.  This helps people reset stress, cravings and anxiety in a few minutes using their own breath. The BreathState app is now used across corporate and emergency services environments to enable businesses to get real-time reads on the health and emotional state of their people. His work supports a healthier, more intentional relationship with alcohol by giving people a practical, evidence-based tool for the moments that used to send them reaching for a drink.
