Bridge Road Brewers

Australia’s first zero-alc brewed with fresh hops.

Hop harvest only happens once a year, and it happens right up the road from Bridge Road Brewers in the Ovens Valley. The hops go straight into the brewhouse while they’re still green and fragrant, before that fresh-picked character has any chance to fade. Most breweries save that for their biggest beers. We put it in a zero.

Citra and Galaxy hops lead with passionfruit, mango and citrus rind. Simcoe adds a resinous pine edge. Mosaic fills in the middle with stonefruit.
