Everything you need to live your best no-alcohol / low-alcohol lifestyle.
Founder of The Alcohol Mindset Coach and creator of SipSmart Workplace Wellbeing Programs, Kathryn Elliott is an alcohol mindset coach, speaker and workplace wellbeing facilitator who helps individuals and organisations build healthier, more conscious relationships with alcohol, wellbeing and performance.
Drawing on both lived experience and professional training, Kathryn combines practical coaching tools, behaviour change principles and evidence-informed wellbeing education to deliver engaging, compassionate and highly relatable programs. Her work focuses on the connection between alcohol, nervous system regulation, sleep, resilience, mental wellbeing and workplace performance — always through a non-judgmental and psychologically safe lens.
After changing her own relationship with alcohol in 2019, Kathryn has spent the past seven years alcohol-free while navigating some of life’s most significant challenges, including a breast cancer diagnosis and separation/divorce. These experiences deeply shaped her understanding of human behaviour, emotional resilience and personal transformation, and now inform the authenticity and empathy she brings to her coaching and speaking work.
Kathryn works with individuals, leadership teams and organisations to support healthier workplace cultures, improved wellbeing and more inclusive social environments. Through her SipSmart Workplace Wellbeing programs, she delivers practical and engaging education designed to help people feel sharper, calmer, more productive and more connected — both personally and professionally.
Her messaging is warm, grounded and relatable, balancing vulnerability, science-backed insights and practical strategies that empower sustainable change without shame, labels or fear-based approaches.
Kathryn is best known for her ability to create safe, engaging and meaningful conversations around alcohol, wellbeing and behavioural change in both corporate and personal development settings.
