Grapefruit Gin Cocktail

Bright, zesty and just the right amount of bitter, this one’s basically sunshine in a glass. It’s proof that a good G&T doesn’t need the gin, just the right splash of citrus, botanicals and fizz to make you forget what’s missing.

Ingredients

• Ice
• Dash of bitters (for coating the glass)
• 45ml Bickfords Pink Grapefruit Cordial
• 45ml Polka Grapefruit & Juniper Berry Non-Alc Spirit
• 100ml+ tonic water (to taste)

Garnish: Fresh grapefruit slice, or Cocktail Candy dehydrated grapefruit halves

Method

1. Fill your glass with a heap of ice.
2. Add a dash of bitters and swirl to coat the glass.
3. Pour in the Bickfords Pink Grapefruit Cordial and Polka Grapefruit & Juniper Berry Non-Alc Spirit.
4. Top with tonic water to taste.
5. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit slice or a dehydrated grapefruit half.
