DESCRIPTION:Dance Ground is a conscious dance gathering hosted by Be Danced
 \, a collective of conscious dance practitioners who currently offer monthl
 y dances in the Vic Park area. The organisers describe it as a playground f
 or your adult self\, where people gather to dance and move together. It's a
  1.5-hour guided musical journey with no set moves and no right or wrong\, 
 just a strongly held intention\, great music\, simple guidance and the cont
 ainer of verbal silence. Come as you are and be met where you're at.\nPleas
 e note: no talking\, no shoes\, no phones and no drugs or alcohol\, ages 16
 +. Doors open at 9:45 AM and close at 10:00 AM sharp\, so please arrive on 
 time. Bring your own water and wear comfortable clothing. Tea and light ref
 reshments are offered afterwards for some social connection time.\nThis mon
