DESCRIPTION:This is one of 10 free community workshops touring regional and
  metropolitan Queensland\, funded by the Queensland Mental Health Commissio
 n and delivered by Hey Mate. Through guided conversations and activities\, 
 this 3-hour facilitated workshop explores AOD literacy\, harm reduction in 
 creative contexts\, reducing stigma\, and burnout prevention\, designed to 
 feel like a genuine community gathering\, not a lecture. Open to artists\, 
 creatives\, freelancers\, arts workers\, and anyone in Queensland's creativ
 e industries\, no prior knowledge needed. You'll leave with practical wellb
 eing strategies\, more confidence talking about alcohol and other drugs\, a
  better understanding of support options\, and new connections within the c
